HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Description:

We’re looking for a thoughtful and driven HR Business Partner (HRBP) to collaborate with our Core team and support our clients through meaningful, outcome-focused HR interventions.

Location: Remote

Employment: Part-Time/Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Core team to understand client needs and co-create people strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Act as a strategic advisor, ensuring HR solutions are practical, scalable, and people-centric.
  • Support HR audits, and implementation of bespoke frameworks.
  • Guide and coach stakeholders on best practices across the employee lifecycle.
  • Lead and support projects across performance management, employee engagement, policy design and talent planning.
  • Help build and maintain a strong organizational culture, as well as continuously improving the employee experience
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations; stay updated on labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Contribute to HR content and resource development, staying aligned with industry trends and business goals.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles for 4-6 years, preferably in fast-paced, project-driven, or client-facing environments.
  • Strong grasp of core HR functions—talent management, compliance, employee relations, and more.
  • Excellent interpersonal and consultative skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and delivering clear, actionable outcomes.
