Abhinav is an engineer turned strategist, with a huge passion for analyzing early stage ideas and helping founders take on the market. His career in innovation began while leading R&D projects in MedTech and quickly led to him diving into the world of startups as Chief of Staff at several AI-powered tech companies.

He is also deeply rooted in the venture ecosystem and has helped to close deals in technology and life sciences as a venture partner. This inspired him to launch his own project in the intelligent fundraising space, which has since been absorbed into the Oxygen Ventures umbrella. 

Abhi’s experiences in early stage startups from both the operator and venture angles has now expanded to advisory and fractional roles across a variety of industries. As a Principal of OV Operators he has helped to streamline operations, guide corporate strategy, and launch GTM motions.
